Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in strategy, business transformation, or enterprise change, ideally with a mix of management consulting and leadership roles in large organizations.
• Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and developing talent.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and structured decision-making skills.
• Experience in managing organization-wide transformation programs from strategy to execution.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of simplifying complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a Strategy & Transformation team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Shape and evolve the strategic direction of Digital & Technology, ensuring it aligns with enterprise goals.
• Translate strategic ambitions into actionable priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Champion major transformation initiatives, including AI adoption and new operational models.
• Own and communicate the Digital & Technology strategy to ensure understanding and alignment across the organization.
• Provide strategic support to executive leadership, facilitating discussions and decision-making processes.
