Senior Manager, Retail Integration (EMEA)

Job summary

The Retail Integration Senior Manager for EMEA will lead the integration of newly acquired retail businesses, ensuring a seamless transition and business continuity across multiple countries. This role requires strong project and programme management skills, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in retail, preferably within a complex or international organization.
• Proven track record in business transformation, change management, or integration across multiple countries.
• Strong project/programme management skills with a hands-on approach to delivery.
• Experience in a matrix organization and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong commercial mindset with a history of meeting targets and enhancing profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration programmes across EMEA, from planning to execution.
• Develop and maintain the EMEA Retail Integration Playbook and integration roadmaps.
• Identify and prioritize key milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the integration of acquired businesses while maintaining operational performance.
• Collaborate with M&A teams and local General Managers during due diligence and integration planning.
• Assess integration risks and opportunities, and work with Group functions to support business cases.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively to align teams.
