Senior Manager, Portfolio & Performance Management (Global Operations, Ballerup)

Job summary

The Senior Manager for Portfolio & Performance Management will lead a team to provide a data-driven perspective on investments, execution, and performance within Global Operations. This role involves shaping portfolio governance and performance management in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Background in portfolio/PMO management and data/BI.
• Experience in turning business and portfolio data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record in portfolio or PMO management within a fast-paced, cross-functional organization.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI/Fabric or similar BI tools.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into clear narratives.
• Experience in designing and operating performance management frameworks (KPIs, OKRs).
• Leadership experience managing an international team across multiple time zones.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Govern the Global Operations strategic portfolio, ensuring transparency on priorities and resource allocation.
• Lead the PMO team and drive consistent project and program management practices.
• Collaborate with functional PMOs and project managers to enhance alignment and delivery.
• Manage the reporting data foundation for performance management.
• Enable self-service analytics and create dashboards to support leadership decisions.
• Develop the performance management framework connecting strategic priorities with operational outcomes.
• Explore AI applications to enhance reporting and portfolio insights.
