The role focuses on leading the execution of the Marketing Productivity agenda, including Marketing Investment Optimisation, across key markets. It aims to deliver immediate optimisation impacts and establish long-term marketing investment discipline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing transformation, commercial strategy, consulting, or similar areas
  • Proven track record in driving optimisation, cost transformation, or investment effectiveness initiatives
  • Experience in global, cross-functional environments
  • Strong exposure to Marketing, Procurement, and/or Finance disciplines

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the Marketing Productivity agenda across priority markets
  • Deliver measurable productivity impacts and reinvestment initiatives
  • Drive structural optimisation across portfolios, campaigns, content production, and agency models
  • Support markets in enhancing marketing investment effectiveness and allocation discipline
  • Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions with senior management
  • Build implementation roadmaps and market action plans
  • Lead prioritisation and investment trade-off discussions
  • Coordinate with external partners and implementation agencies
  • Ensure external providers deliver practical, execution-focused outcomes
  • Develop productivity governance frameworks, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Analytics teams for aligned delivery and measurement
