Job summary

This role focuses on leading the execution of a Marketing Productivity agenda, emphasizing immediate optimization and long-term investment discipline across key markets. The position requires collaboration with various departments and external partners to drive structural changes in marketing investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in marketing transformation, commercial strategy, consulting, or similar areas
• Proven track record in driving optimization and investment effectiveness initiatives
• Experience in global, cross-functional environments
• Strong exposure to Marketing, Procurement, and/or Finance disciplines

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the Marketing Productivity agenda across priority markets
• Deliver measurable productivity impacts and reinvestment initiatives
• Drive structural optimization across portfolios, campaigns, and agency models
• Support markets in enhancing marketing investment effectiveness
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions with senior management
• Develop implementation roadmaps and market action plans
• Manage external specialist partners and ensure practical outcomes
• Establish productivity governance frameworks, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Analytics teams for aligned delivery
