Senior Manager, Lifecycle Implementation & Operations (Remote, Global)

Job summary

This role involves leading the implementation and operations of customer lifecycle programs across a global organization, focusing on efficiency and scalability. The Senior Manager will be responsible for optimizing operational setups and driving the use of automation and AI to enhance marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or martech operations, preferably in a global context.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Bloomreach, Salesforce, or Adobe.
• Proven ability to build scalable operational frameworks and drive efficiency.
• Strong understanding of AI solutions and experience in implementing them in marketing operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of lifecycle programs, ensuring quality and scalability.
