Job summary

The role involves leading Lifecycle Implementations & Operations within a global Customer Lifecycle & Membership team, focusing on optimizing and scaling operational setups in marketing automation platforms.

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or martech operations, preferably in a global context.
  • Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Bloomreach, Salesforce, or Adobe.
  • Proven ability to build scalable operational setups and drive efficiency.
  • Understanding of AI solutions and experience implementing AI in marketing operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of lifecycle programs in Bloomreach, ensuring quality and scalability.
  • Define best practices and governance for lifecycle operations.
  • Manage the testing roadmap for automated marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize workflows and reduce manual effort through automation.
  • Identify AI opportunities to enhance lifecycle operations.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align global frameworks with local market needs.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on execution excellence.
