Job summary

This role focuses on shaping and evolving a unique organizational culture through the Leadership Playground initiative, aimed at inspiring over 30,000 colleagues globally to lead with bravery, focus, and curiosity.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in managing complex people and culture change projects.
  • Expertise in behavioral change, learning and development, and marketing communication.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on ROI and impact measurement.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and adaptively, inspiring diverse audiences.
  • Experience in coaching team members to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement behavioral strategies and global multi-channel engagement campaigns.
  • Engage and manage diverse stakeholders across the organization.
  • Integrate the Leadership Playground into daily experiences and initiatives.
  • Develop and facilitate materials, events, and tools that promote leadership behaviors.
  • Manage external agencies for workshops and content creation.
  • Create metrics to evaluate the impact of the Leadership Playground on performance.
  • Oversee budget and commercial aspects of the initiative.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a bias towards action.
  • Innovative and creative approach to engaging colleagues.
  • Ability to simplify and integrate cultural initiatives.
  • Trust-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with project management and communication tools is advantageous.
