This role involves leading the Product Strategy & Compliance function for global payroll products, focusing on translating compliance requirements into scalable product capabilities. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Compliance Leads and specialists to support global payroll products.
• Establish team priorities and governance frameworks to ensure compliance is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Leadership to align compliance strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee the interpretation of payroll and labor legislation, ensuring clear communication of requirements to product teams.
• Advocate for compliance-by-design principles to enhance product innovation and reduce operational risks.
