• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and driving change in dynamic settings.
• Interest in technology and innovation, with a focus on improving efficiency.
• Naturally curious and motivated to find innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Enhance performance and governance of Consumer Group Tracking (CGT) and Active Consumer Tracking (ACT).
• Provide actionable consumer insights for data-informed decisions.
• Set PMP KPI targets for ACT and manage reporting.
• Foster relationships with external partners for innovation and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with standards and guidelines through collaboration.
• Assist in contract negotiations and budget planning.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in ACT and CGT capabilities.
• Support capability building initiatives across Data Platforms.
• Promote collaboration within the Data Platforms and Partners team.
• Act as the functional lead for the ACT and CGT team, aiding managers in prioritization.
