Job summary

This role involves leading financial planning and analysis efforts within a global finance organization, focusing on performance management and strategic decision-making. The Senior Manager will oversee a team of FP&A professionals and partner with senior leadership to enhance financial insights and planning processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or performance management within a global organization.
• Proven leadership skills in building and developing finance teams.
• Strong project management experience in leading initiatives across complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop integrated planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Provide financial insights and executive-level analysis to support decisions by Executive Management and the Board.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to senior leadership, influencing business decisions and driving long-term value.
• Lead the development of FP&A capabilities, including digital planning tools and performance management frameworks.
• Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team, enhancing finance business partnering across the organization.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in financial software, including Excel and financial planning systems (e.g., BPC, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on linking business strategy to performance management.

Education

• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically expected.

• Financial planning systems and advanced Excel are essential tools for this role.
