Job summary

This role involves leading the ERP Transformation Management Office, focusing on a significant global transformation initiative. The Senior Manager will collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective execution of the program, enhancing transparency and governance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in transformation management, program management, or project management within a complex global setting.
• Familiarity with large-scale ERP implementations, particularly SAP S/4HANA, and an understanding of the associated business changes.
• Strong grasp of finance processes and their integration with ERP solutions.
• Proven track record in managing complex programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and reinforce the program management framework for a major global transformation.
• Ensure consistent transparency regarding program progress, risks, and decisions to empower leadership.
• Prepare high-quality materials for decision-making and updates for senior stakeholders.
• Implement governance routines and program management practices to facilitate clarity and quality in delivery.
• Support onboarding for global end users transitioning to SAP S/4HANA.
• Align communication strategies with program needs, including newsletters and leadership updates.
• Lead initiatives for cross-program engagement and improvement.
