Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of approximately 15 engineers.
• Define and promote technology and competence development within the team.
• Drive the technology roadmap and contribute to long-term development initiatives.
• Support transformation and continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with peers and leadership.
• Actively participate in the line-management leadership team and contribute to strategic development.

Education
