Senior Manager, Business Process Management

Job summary

The role involves leading the Business Process Management agenda within the Products & Innovation sector, focusing on enhancing organizational performance and product development processes. You will manage a team of Business Process Managers and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in R&D, product development, engineering, or innovation environments.
• Strong background in business process management, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management with a passion for team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Business Process Management team.
• Own and enhance the Idea-to-Market process landscape, including the Stage-Gate Product Development Process (PDP).
• Drive strategic process excellence initiatives and execute key process improvement projects.
• Establish and maintain process architecture, governance, standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with process owners to design and improve core business processes.
• Monitor process performance and drive improvements through data and training.

Skills

• Strong capabilities in process design, governance, architecture, and performance management.
• Ability to apply relevant product development standards and frameworks effectively.
• Structured, analytical, and pragmatic approach with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
