Job summary

The Senior Manager of Brand Marketing will lead the Sports Medicine business across the EMEA region, guiding a team of professionals in brand management and sales enablement to drive market share growth through effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Over 10 years of experience in international marketing or product/brand management, preferably in MedTech, BioTech, Pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing or mentoring teams.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and presentation skills in English.
  • Proven ability to lead marketing projects effectively.
  • Experience in strategic thinking, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

  • Familiarize with the product portfolio and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Inspire and develop a team of approximately 4 direct and 9 indirect reports.
  • Define and execute annual and long-range marketing strategies in alignment with global objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing and commercial priorities.
  • Develop relationships with industry leaders and key customers to gain insights into customer needs.
  • Oversee strategies for market access and health economics initiatives.
  • Manage product life cycles, including launches and phase-outs.
  • Lead commercialization planning for new product development.
  • Manage branding, messaging, positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Identify education and brand experience opportunities for audiences.
  • Develop customer engagement events in collaboration with the Education Manager.
  • Analyze business performance and define actions to meet strategic goals.

Skills

  • Strong networking and collaboration skills within a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to navigate complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
  • High ethical standards in managing confidential information.

Education

  • MBA preferred, but not mandatory.

Tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
