This role involves leading the Additive Engineering Element Maturing team, focusing on the development and delivery of Additive Manufacturing (AM) LEGO elements while ensuring quality and team satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in team leadership and establishing effective development and delivery processes.
• Educational background in engineering (mechanical, industrial, material, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• Strong collaboration skills across diverse functional areas.
• Proactive leadership approach with a structured working style.
• Experience in the Additive Manufacturing industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Additive Engineering Element Maturing team to ensure quality delivery of AM LEGO elements.
• Foster employee motivation and development to create a winning team spirit.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to refine practices for effective sprint delivery.
• Remove impediments and enhance processes for improved delivery.
• Execute the AM strategy and guide tactical activities for successful outcomes.
• Support change management initiatives within the organization.
• Develop and standardize delivery processes to maintain high production quality.
• Monitor value capturing throughout the value chain and visualize benefits.
