Qualifications

  • Master's degree in law (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian law).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a reputable law firm or relevant in-house roles.
  • Solid experience in Corporate Law, M&A, and joint ventures; experience in investment, finance, governance, and compliance is a plus.
  • Strong strategic and structured working style with high professional integrity.
  • Excellent collaborative and pedagogical skills to build trust across management levels.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance business needs with quality and accountability.
  • Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted legal and business advisor on governance and compliance matters.
  • Maintain knowledge of the contractual framework and business model to support strategic goals.
  • Ensure solid governance and compliance to maintain trust from external stakeholders.
  • Work on legal structuring to facilitate growth and reduce operational risks.
  • Manage corporate structuring, M&A, and investment-related legal matters.
  • Oversee joint ventures and coordinate project deliveries.
  • Support investor relations by preparing and reviewing presentation materials.
  • Handle transactional work, including due diligence and drafting transaction documents.
  • Implement company policy frameworks and internal governance documents.
