Job summary

This role involves supporting the Global HR Legal team in Denmark, focusing on employment law and global HR legal compliance. The position is designed for a student assistant working 12-15 hours per week in an inclusive environment that encourages independence and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree (minimum 3rd year) or master’s degree in law
  • Structured with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written
  • Experience in employment law is a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Conduct global legal research related to employment law
  • Monitor new employment legislation and case law worldwide
  • Assist in preparing and updating employment-related legal documents, including handbooks and policies
  • Support the Global Team with legal aspects of incentive programs and HR projects
  • Handle legal ad hoc matters with team support
  • Prepare for meetings
