About the role

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing design skills, particularly in interactive play design, through innovative learning experiences. The position is a nine-month fixed-term contract based in Billund, requiring on-site presence three days a week.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading skill development for design disciplines, either in a corporate or educational setting.
  • Extensive background in designing interactive play.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across various organizational levels.
  • Ability to co-create and foster collaborative relationships across functions.
  • Competency in leading project development for learning initiatives.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update tactical learning and skill development plans aligned with broader L&D and business strategies.
  • Manage the entire learning lifecycle for interactive play design, from discovery to delivery and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with skill development specialists and design leaders to create effective learning solutions.
  • Promote a learning through play methodology to cater to diverse learning audiences.
  • Engage in learning delivery and facilitation to maintain connections with learners and provide design thought leadership.

Skills

  • Strong co-creation and networking abilities.
  • Project development leadership.

Education

  • Relevant experience in design or educational fields is essential.

Tools

  • Familiarity with learning management systems and design tools may be beneficial.
