Senior Learning & Design Manager (Remote, Hybrid)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the skills of designers in interactive play design through innovative learning experiences. The position is a nine-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading skill development for design disciplines, either in a corporate or educational setting.
• Extensive experience in designing interactive play.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across various organizational levels.
• Strong networking and co-creation skills to foster collaborative relationships.
• Competency in leading project development for learning initiatives.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update tactical learning and skill development plans aligned with broader L&D and business strategies.
• Manage the entire learning lifecycle for interactive play design, from discovery to delivery and evaluation.
• Collaborate with skill development specialists and design leaders to create high-quality learning solutions.
• Promote a learning through play methodology to engage a diverse audience.
• Participate in learning delivery and facilitation to maintain connection with learners and provide design thought leadership.
