Senior Lead, Core Partnerships

Job summary

The role involves leading the Core Partnerships team to enhance strategic collaborations and ensure effective management across the organization. This position requires strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills within a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project planning, operational frameworks, and stakeholder management.
• At least 5 years of formal people leadership experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as international relations, public policy, business, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coaching, and performance management for the Core Partnerships team.
• Support Executive Management in prioritizing partners through a partner prioritization framework.
• Maintain an overview of key partners and engagements.
• Serve as the central interface for complex partners, coordinating internal stakeholders and ensuring consistent messaging.
• Build trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders across various program areas.
• Apply project-centric methods to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
