Senior IT Project Manager (Healthcare, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading complex IT projects on a global scale within the Production and Supply domain, contributing to a significant digital transformation initiative. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex IT projects or programs in an international context.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation initiatives across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain domains.
• Hands-on experience with IT projects in regulated industries, including compliance and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage end-to-end execution of IT scope and processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners on project deliverables.
• Foster clear communication across functions and technical teams.
• Develop and evaluate the IT project delivery framework.

Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience with LIMS, MES, and WMS implementations.
• Familiarity with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, including PRINCE2® and ITIL®.

Tools

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies relevant to IT project execution.
