Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation, venture clienting, or related fields, preferably in supply chain and logistics.
• Strong project management skills with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to identify business challenges and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in driving structured processes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to pinpoint challenges and innovation opportunities.
• Coordinate engagement with the startup ecosystem to align business needs with innovative solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a thought partner on innovation initiatives.
• Lead the venture clienting process from problem framing to pilot execution and evaluation.
• Deliver high-quality Proofs of Concept (PoCs) in collaboration with various teams.
• Promote the brand internally and externally, enhancing the organization's position in innovation.
