Senior Hardware Manager (Technology, Lyngby)

Job summary

Seeking a Senior Hardware Manager to oversee the entire hardware value chain from design to delivery. This role involves leading a manufacturing team and ensuring high-quality standards while managing product development and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in hardware new product introduction (NPI) and quality, particularly with high-speed digital designs.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as CE, EMC, and ROHS.
• Proven project leadership skills in cross-functional NPI projects.
• Background in PCBA production and quality assurance standards.
• Educational background in Engineering (BSc/MSc) with professional fluency in English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of hardware products from concept through manufacturing to delivery.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated manufacturing team in a collaborative environment.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance frameworks and conduct audits.
• Oversee the NPI process and manage procurement strategies.
