Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a People Partner in an international organization.
• Proven background in structured HR disciplines such as performance management, talent management, and organizational development.
• Strong experience with compensation, salary review processes, and global reward frameworks.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into effective people practices.
• Experience in coaching and influencing senior leaders.
• Structured, analytical approach with confidence in using people data for decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Danish is a plus.
