Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, particularly in brand management and global roles.
• Experience in rare disease or specialized therapy areas.
• Familiarity with navigating matrix organizations and collaborative approaches.
• Proven track record in developing global promotional assets in a regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills across diverse cultures.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert global brand strategy into promotional and tactical packages for key markets outside the US.
• Develop and deliver global promotional assets and toolkits for affiliates.
• Drive promotional initiatives for global congresses and contribute to digital and omnichannel marketing efforts.
• Conduct marketing research to refine messaging and asset performance.
• Manage complex global projects and promotional workflows with multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance and timely approvals for all promotional materials.
