Job summary

Lead the global marketing efforts for a rare disease brand, focusing on Generalized Pustular Psoriasis, and drive impactful promotional strategies for markets outside the US.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, specifically in brand management and global or regional roles.
  • Experience in rare disease or specialized therapy areas.
  • Proven ability to navigate a matrix organization and collaborate effectively.
  • Expertise in developing global promotional assets within a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Translate global brand strategy into execution-ready promotional packages for focus markets.
  • Develop and deliver global promotional assets and toolkits.
  • Drive global congress promotional initiatives and contribute to digital and omnichannel marketing efforts.
  • Conduct marketing research to enhance message and asset performance.
  • Manage complex global projects and promotional workstreams across various stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance and timely approvals of all promotional materials.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a global context.
  • Capacity to build trust-based relationships across functions and cultures.

Education

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
