Senior Financial Systems Specialist

Job summary

The role involves supporting and enhancing the global Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) landscape as part of a finance transformation journey. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining solutions for Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Consolidation across the finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Several years of experience with Enterprise Performance Management solutions in a finance environment.
• Practical experience with planning and/or consolidation solutions in platforms such as Oracle, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP BPC, or similar EPM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize EPM solutions for global Financial Planning processes.
• Ensure high data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems and business units.
• Provide training and guidance to finance users globally.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable EPM solutions.

Skills

• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ability to deliver management reporting solutions and maintain reliable data flows.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset for structured problem-solving in collaborative environments.

Education

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field.

Tools

• Experience with EPM technologies such as Oracle, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP BPC.
