Senior Financial Controller (Finance, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This position involves working within a dynamic group function in an international organization, focusing on IFRS reporting and group financial controlling. The role is part of a dedicated reporting team responsible for the IFRS Annual Report, group consolidation, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead external reporting procedures, including optimization of processes and management of the consolidation system.
• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders across the organization to address complex accounting issues.
• Manage monthly group consolidation and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and the Head of Financial Compliance.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience in an auditing firm or in financial controlling roles.
• Familiarity with IFRS is beneficial.
• Relevant higher education such as a Master of Science in Business Administration and Auditing or a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Financial and Management Accounting).
• Experience in the financial sector is not required.

Education
