Job summary

This role involves leveraging financial expertise to influence decision-making at the C-level within the Road Division of a leading logistics company. The Finance Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring financial clarity and transparency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic finance advisory, corporate finance, or divisional finance business partnering in a global setting.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in ERP, financial planning, and BI tools (e.g., SAP, SAC, Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial topics into actionable insights.
• Proactive with a high sense of ownership, thriving in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly performance reporting and deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Lead rolling forecasts and support the annual target-setting process, challenging assumptions for realistic outlooks.
• Act as a financial advisor to divisional, regional, and local stakeholders, supporting commercial and operational decisions with financial analysis.
• Contribute to business cases and performance improvement initiatives.

Skills

• Strong financial understanding combined with business curiosity and communication skills.

Education

• Degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or similar.

Tools
