Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration and Auditing or a Bachelor of Commerce.
• Relevant experience in a similar role, such as auditor, financial controller, or risk & control consultant.
• Familiarity with accountancy firms is advantageous but not required.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Proficient knowledge of IFRS technical aspects.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounting memorandums and support key accounting positions.
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and prepare necessary audit documentation.
• Manage Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) preparation related to acquisitions.
• Conduct monthly controlling of subsidiaries and key business areas.
• Execute financial reviews and address identified risks.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare annual reports for the Group and parent company.
