Senior Finance Business Partner (On-site)

Qualifications

• Relevant financial background with experience in a global company, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
• Strong understanding of business impacts on finance.
• Proven collaboration skills with senior stakeholders in a global context.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing presentations and written materials for non-finance audiences.
• Solid financial knowledge including business case development, budgeting, and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP and leadership team to co-drive business strategy and priorities.
• Lead finance initiatives for factory maintenance, sustainability projects, and outsourced services.
• Informally lead a team of 6-7 finance colleagues, facilitating meetings and performance management.
• Drive financial transparency and governance across projects and services.
• Identify opportunities for business efficiency and process improvements through data insights.

Education
