Qualifications

• Relevant degree in business, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in finance, controlling, and business partnering roles.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments, particularly in cleantech, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning process, performance management, and analysis.
• Develop and enhance cost control capabilities to monitor project execution.
• Oversee grant funding activities, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project and engineering teams to integrate financial perspectives into product development.
• Manage financial modeling for business cases and long-term planning.
• Review and approve contracts and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with budget and policies.
• Establish and implement financial policies and procedures for regulatory compliance.
• Optimize end-to-end finance processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain relationships with external financial providers for accurate book closing and payments.
