Job summary

This role involves providing strategic advisory services on regulatory and policy developments across Europe, particularly in the telecommunications and satellite sectors. The position is designed for a senior professional with extensive regional experience and a robust network within government and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in telecommunications policy, spectrum management, satellite regulation, or international regulatory affairs.
• Strong understanding of the European regulatory and policy landscape.
• In-depth knowledge of ITU processes, including World Radiocommunication Conferences (WRCs) and CEPT processes.
• Experience engaging with government ministries, regulatory authorities, and international organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on regulatory and policy developments across Europe.
• Engage with national stakeholders, including ministries and spectrum authorities.
• Facilitate dialogue among government, regulatory, and industry stakeholders.
• Support advocacy and engagement strategies in regional and multilateral forums.
• Participate in relevant meetings, including WRCs and CEPT meetings.
• Contribute to policy analysis and strategic recommendations for regional stakeholders.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Education
