Job summary

This role is for a strategic and analytical marketing leader responsible for developing and executing impactful experiential marketing programs that drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement. The position involves managing a global portfolio of in-person events and collaborating with various teams to create experiences that support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in B2B experiential marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, preferably in enterprise SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Proven success in managing events that contribute to pipeline growth and customer engagement.
  • Expertise in various event formats, including industry sponsorships and conferences.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation principles and experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • High level of AI fluency and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, planning, execution, and performance measurement of enterprise-level experiential marketing programs.
  • Develop pipeline generation strategies in collaboration with sales and business development teams.
  • Oversee all aspects of event operations, including vendor management and budget oversight.
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns to drive attendance from target accounts.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and report on event outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on event goals and execution timelines.
  • Utilize AI tools for planning and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for assigned events, managing risks and stakeholder communication.
