Senior Electrical Engineer (Energy, Esbjerg or Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves leading electrical engineering efforts in both large and specialized projects focused on green energy systems. The position is part of a team dedicated to designing electrical systems for various energy solutions, including district energy and carbon capture.

Qualifications

• Certified Electrician (elinstallatør), Marine Engineer (Maskinmester), B.Sc./B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering, M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, or similar.
• Proven experience in designing electrical systems, preferably in power plants, district heating, or heavy industries.
• Strong knowledge of MV and LV design and specifications.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering scope across all project phases from development to construction.
• Design, develop, and optimize technical solutions for MV and LV systems.
• Create engineering specifications and technical datasheets for electrical equipment, including transformers and switchgear.
• Collaborate with procurement and manage technical clarifications with vendors.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, and commissioning processes.
