Senior Electrical Engineer (Energy, Esbjerg or Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves leading the design and engineering of electrical systems for future green energy projects, focusing on both large multidisciplinary and smaller specialized projects. The position is part of a team dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Certified Electrician (elinstallatør), Marine Engineer (Maskinmester), B.Sc./B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering, M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, or similar.
• Proven experience in designing electrical systems, preferably in power plants, district heating, or heavy industries.
• Strong knowledge of MV and LV design and specifications.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering scope across all project phases from early development to construction.
• Design, develop, optimize, and standardize technical solutions for MV and LV systems.
• Create engineering specifications and technical datasheets for electrical equipment, including power transformers and switchgear.
• Collaborate with procurement and manage technical clarifications with vendors.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning activities.
