Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical construction project management, particularly in data center projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical pre-construction activities, ensuring design constructability and timely procurement.
• Manage electrical construction activities, ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Oversee installations of electrical systems including substations and transformers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety protocols throughout the project.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the design team and subcontractors.
• Conduct inspections and supervise construction activities on-site.
• Oversee the commissioning process of electrical systems, ensuring operational readiness.
• Act as the primary contact for electrical-related client issues and manage risks.
• Monitor project progress against schedule and budget, addressing any discrepancies.
