Job summary

This role focuses on driving global eCommerce growth for a leading jewellery brand by identifying and executing high-impact growth opportunities within the digital commerce ecosystem. The position requires strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable P&L impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in eCommerce, digital strategy, or digital transformation within a global, consumer-facing organization.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence in engaging senior leaders across various functions.
• Experience managing or mentoring teams, either directly or through matrix leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape long-term growth opportunities across the digital commerce landscape.
• Lead strategic initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Establish joint planning rhythms and communication structures across teams to ensure coherence of eCommerce initiatives.
• Drive clarity and prioritization of strategic initiatives to focus on high-value opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver executive updates and strategic narratives tailored to senior stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of customer-centric thinking and continuous improvement.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, analytics, and customer journey mapping.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
