Qualifications

• Proven experience in eCommerce, digital strategy, or digital transformation in a global consumer-facing organization.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leaders across various functions.
• Experience in managing or mentoring teams, either directly or through matrix leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape long-term growth opportunities across the digital commerce ecosystem.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to implementation, focusing on measurable P&L impact.
• Establish governance structures and success metrics to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Drive coherence of eCommerce initiatives across markets and channels.
• Prepare and deliver executive updates and strategic narratives tailored to senior stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of customer-centric thinking and continuous improvement.
