• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging senior leaders across various functions.
• Experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects from strategy to execution.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structured approaches from the ground up.
• Experience in managing or mentoring teams, either directly or through matrix leadership.
