• Over 15 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry or consulting, particularly in the relevant domain.
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex, multi-year transformation projects.
• Established credibility in the Life Sciences domain with senior business and IT leaders.
• Proven ability to translate business strategies into effective solution visions and architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of AI applications, specifically Agentic AI, within the domain.
• Experience engaging with C-suite and senior executives.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the industry.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to navigate ambiguous situations and develop solutions without predefined guidelines.
