Senior Director of Sales (Remote, Europe)

Job summary

This role is a senior leadership position focused on driving commercial growth strategies for the Europe region within the Clinical Diagnostics Division. The position requires collaboration with various business units and functional departments to enhance market share and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in diagnostics, life sciences, or a related field is required.
• Preferred experience in leading sales teams within healthcare environments.
• Experience in in vitro diagnostics (IVD) sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the commercial growth agenda for Europe, aligning cross-business priorities to accelerate revenue and market share.
• Define and execute a multi-year regional commercial strategy with clear growth vectors and resource allocation.
• Lead and inspire a sales organization of over 50 team members to meet revenue targets exceeding $100M.
• Serve as a senior commercial integrator, ensuring alignment across various functions to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with key functions to unlock synergies and accelerate growth.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
• Provide strategic leadership in market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling.
• Develop a metrics-driven operating cadence to enhance performance.
• Design a customer-centric commercial organization that develops sales capabilities.
