About the role

Job summary

The role involves leading the SaaS commercial strategy across various client segments, including General Partners, Fund Administrators, and Banks & Wealth Managers. The Senior Director will manage the entire sales process from initial discussions to contract signing and implementation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in a revenue-generating role focused on SaaS or financial technology sales to institutional clients.
  • Strong understanding of the private markets value chain, including fundraising and fund operations.
  • Proven experience in closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Established network within GPs, fund administrators, and private banks in Europe.
  • Ability to engage with various functional buyer groups, including technology and operations.
  • Experience with CRM and sales intelligence tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical capabilities in business terms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline across target segments using various channels.
  • Execute full-cycle SaaS sales, including qualification, discovery, pitching, pricing, negotiation, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage client insights and improve product offerings.
  • Oversee the implementation process, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth transition to business as usual.
  • Manage individual revenue targets and provide accurate sales forecasts.

  • Strong sales execution and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and expectations effectively.
  • Proficiency in structured enterprise sales processes.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
