Senior Director, Demand Generation (On-site, North Europe)

Job summary

The Senior Director of Demand Generation for North Europe is responsible for leading regional marketing efforts to drive revenue-generating pipeline across the Nordic countries. This role involves close collaboration with sales leadership to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in B2B demand generation or field marketing, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Proven success in achieving significant pipeline growth across various European markets.
• Strong background in both new customer acquisition and marketing to existing clients.
• In-depth knowledge of complex sales cycles and enterprise buying groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the regional demand generation strategy and pipeline contribution targets.
• Lead a team of marketers and business development representatives focusing on new business, existing clients, channel partnerships, and account-based marketing.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to define quarterly territory plans and present marketing ROI during quarterly business reviews.
• Oversee regional events, partner marketing programs, and execution of account-based marketing campaigns.
• Manage the regional marketing budget with full accountability.
