Job summary

The Country Manager for the Nordics will spearhead the expansion efforts of a clinical oncology company focused on developing targeted therapies for RAS-addicted cancers. This role involves collaboration with regional leadership to create and implement commercial and operational strategies aimed at engaging key stakeholders and customers in the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, specifically in oncology.
• Mandatory experience with drug launches in oncology within the Nordics.
• In-depth knowledge of the Nordics pharmaceutical market, including access, pricing, and regulatory environments.
• Previous experience as a country manager in the Nordics is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive plans for market expansion in the Nordics.
• Manage the P&L for the region, ensuring optimal resource allocation and budget management.
• Build and lead a high-performing country team, aligning business objectives with corporate functions.
• Oversee product launches, including market access strategies and pricing.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and challenges.
• Establish governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks for operations in the Nordics.
