Qualifications

  • Over 12 years of experience in brand marketing with leadership roles in multiple European markets, particularly in France and the Nordics.
  • Proven ability to develop and scale full-funnel brand strategies that yield measurable results.
  • Experience in creating integrated campaigns across both online and offline channels.
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven environments, including measurement and attribution.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with commercial goals.
  • Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration at senior levels.
  • Background in consumer tech, travel, or digital marketplaces is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute an audience-first brand strategy across EMEA, balancing immediate performance with long-term brand development.
  • Ensure brand messaging is culturally relevant and resonates in local contexts across various markets.
  • Lead cross-channel marketing campaigns utilizing TV, online video, OOH, audio, social media, and owned channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to merge storytelling with conversion strategies.
  • Develop messaging frameworks and ensure consistency across marketing assets.
  • Shift planning focus from broad demographics to audience-driven strategies.
  • Manage media priorities and budget allocations, optimizing plans with internal and agency teams.
  • Conduct experiments and testing to measure campaign impact.
  • Mentor and develop regional brand leaders, fostering a collaborative culture.
