Senior Digital Business Change Manager

Job summary

The role involves facilitating the integration of new digital capabilities into everyday work within the product development lifecycle. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that digital investments yield meaningful outcomes by guiding colleagues through change and enhancing their use of digital tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing PLM platforms or large-scale digital solutions in business settings.
• Strong leadership skills in managing change initiatives, including process updates and training.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers in product-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment activities from business readiness to adoption, ensuring smooth rollouts.
• Develop change management strategies that encompass processes, behaviors, and new working methods.
• Create and deliver training programs and learning materials in collaboration with business specialists.
• Establish and support super-user networks for local communication and adoption assistance.
• Collaborate with product managers to plan deployment scope, timing, and feedback mechanisms for future improvements.

Skills

• Familiarity with PLM platforms such as Aras, Siemens Teamcenter, or SAP PLM is a plus.
• Certification in change management or program delivery methodologies is advantageous.

Education

• Relevant educational background in a related field is preferred.
