Senior Development Manager (Finance, On-site)

Job summary

This role involves leading and shaping Global Operations Finance Development activities, focusing on driving impactful change and improving financial processes across global functions. The position requires collaboration with various teams to enhance performance management capabilities and ensure effective financial management in manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within a global manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in leading global projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of operational finance and process mapping.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive development initiatives within Global Operations Finance, focusing on manufacturing.
• Lead and execute improvement projects independently.
• Facilitate workshops for process mapping and redesign.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies to drive process standardization and improvement.
• Build and manage a strong network of cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Global Operations teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and drive change adoption.
• Support global FP&A reporting processes.
