Senior Development Manager (Finance, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading and shaping Global Operations Finance Development activities, focusing on driving impactful change and process improvement across global functions. The position offers significant creative freedom and requires collaboration with various teams to enhance financial and performance processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within a global manufacturing context.
• Proven experience in leading global projects and organizing teams towards common goals.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with BI tools, preferably Power BI.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive development initiatives within Global Operations Finance, particularly in Manufacturing.
• Lead and execute improvement projects independently.
• Facilitate workshops for cross-functional process mapping and design.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies to drive process standardization and improvement.
• Build and manage a strong network of cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Global Operations teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and ensure adoption across diverse groups.
• Support global FP&A reporting processes.
