Senior Development Manager (Finance, On-site)

Job summary

This role involves leading and shaping Global Operations Finance Development activities, focusing on driving impactful change and improving financial and performance processes across global functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, with a solid understanding of operational finance, preferably in a global manufacturing context.
• Experience in leading or participating in global projects, with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proven knowledge of process mapping and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems and processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools, preferably Power BI.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Drive development initiatives within Global Operations Finance, focusing on Manufacturing.
• Lead and execute selected improvement projects independently.
• Facilitate cross-functional process mapping workshops to document current and design optimized processes.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies to drive process improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Build and manage a strong cross-functional stakeholder network.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Global Operations to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Plan and drive change adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strengthen data foundations to support value creation.
• Support global FP&A reporting processes.

Education

• Relevant degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
