Job summary

This part-time remote position seeks a skilled Python Data Scraping Engineer to manage specialized data scraping workflows within a hybrid AI and human system. The role involves collaborating with agents to ensure accurate and actionable data extraction from complex websites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields is advantageous.
• Proficient in Python web scraping tools (BeautifulSoup, Selenium) and handling dynamic content (JavaScript, AJAX).
• Experience in data cleaning, normalization, and validation, with the ability to deliver structured datasets (CSV, JSON).
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI frameworks is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and a self-directed work ethic.
• English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher.

• Adapt scraping techniques for dynamic web sources and maintain stability against minor site changes.
• Implement data quality standards through validation checks and consistency controls before delivery.
• Scale scraping operations for large datasets, monitoring failures and ensuring operational stability.
