Qualifications

  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with additional proficiency in Danish or German.
  • Proven experience in customer support, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex issues for customers.
  • Familiarity with support tools such as FreshWorks, Intercom, or Zendesk.
  • Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via chat, email, and phone to provide support and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot product-related problems and escalate as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer insights for product improvement.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base for team growth and knowledge sharing.
