Job summary

This role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic DACH accounts, focusing on customer engagement and value realization. The position requires a strong commercial mindset and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles
  • Proven track record in managing complex B2B customer relationships
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic B2B and enterprise customers in the DACH region
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding them toward stronger commercial decisions
  • Drive onboarding and ensure successful product adoption across teams
  • Proactively engage customers to understand business goals and performance drivers
  • Conduct structured business reviews with senior stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for adoption, retention, and revenue expansion
  • Collaborate with Sales on account planning and expansion opportunities

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively
  • Analytical mindset to turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong ability to manage multiple strategic accounts in a structured way

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Tools

  • Experience with CRM and/or Customer Success platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Custify)
  • Familiarity with AI tools for customer insights or communication
