Job summary

A Customer Success professional is sought to enhance the success of strategic enterprise clients in the industrial sector. This role involves building trusted relationships and providing consultative support to optimize the adoption of advanced solutions in digitalization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Technical Account Management, or Consulting, preferably in an industrial or technology-focused setting.
  • Experience with clients in Oil & Gas, Petrochem, or discrete manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with industrial digitalization, manufacturing, or 3D scanning technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Advise enterprise customers on industry-specific strategies and best practices to maximize the use of solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide high-value consultation on digital factory adoption.
  • Conduct on-site training and workflow optimization sessions to ensure effective use of hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential bottlenecks and improvement areas.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and lead marketing initiatives to promote awareness and adoption.

Education
