Senior CSA Engineer (Denmark)

Job summary

This permanent position offers the opportunity to work on significant engineering projects over the next five years, focusing on civil, structural, and architectural engineering within data centre environments.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification (BSc or higher) in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ post-graduate experience in CSA engineering, preferably on large construction or data centre projects.
• Willingness to undertake site-based work in Ireland, the UK, or Europe.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, site coordination, and installation standards.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractor interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Review civil, structural, and architectural design packages for compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate design information between CSA, MEP, BIM, and external designers.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities related to CSA works, ensuring alignment with design and programme.
• Monitor progress, installation quality, material compliance, and workmanship.
• Ensure all CSA works are delivered in accordance with specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

Skills

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Education

• Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.

Tools

• Familiarity with design coordination tools and construction management software.
